What to email us about
We welcome the following types of messages:
- Corrections. If something in one of our guides is factually wrong — a guard number that's off, a claim about face shapes that doesn't hold up, a technique described incorrectly — please tell us. Include the page URL and the specific claim you think is wrong, along with any source or explanation. We take accuracy seriously and will investigate.
- Guide suggestions. If there's a haircut, style, or practical topic you'd like us to cover and we haven't yet, we're interested to hear about it. We can't promise to write every suggested guide, but popular requests do influence our publishing queue.
- Partnership or licensing enquiries. If you're interested in a content partnership, syndication, or similar arrangement, include relevant details about your site or publication and what you're proposing.
What we can't help with
We're a publishing team, not a barbershop. We can't advise on your specific haircut, diagnose hair or scalp conditions, or recommend a particular salon or barber in your city. For personalised hair advice, consult a licensed professional.
We also don't accept guest posts, paid link placements, or sponsored content within our editorial guides.
Response time
We aim to respond to genuine enquiries within a few business days, though during busy periods it may take longer. We don't send automated responses — if you hear back, it's from a real person.
